So ham Meditation

So ham supposed to be the best mantra. In Sanskrit SWO mean he and aham means I. So ham - ham so means I am that, that I am. The difference between you and me is finished, then only mind transcend above duality, That is only what Lord Krishna wants to teach through Holy Bhagvad Geeta, transcend mind above duality.
This is Kaliyuga. In this Kaliyuga, the only way to liberation is to learn, how to transcend mind above duality. That much capability only human being can have in this kaliyuga, because human-being has to face materialistic & spiritual problem simeltineously. Once mind transcend, the all spiritual doors are opened. This is the only key to go to liberation, that's all . You can follow any kind of meditation, any kind of yoga, no problem but ultimately you have to reach, even conscious ultimately, where your mind transcend above duality. Then and then only, there present real fragmence of spiritualism.
So ham goes with breathing. According to my experience when chanting is done with breathing, slowly we start going deep in breathing and when we reach to such kind of subtle level consciousness, we realized that instead of hearing breathing we start hearing so ham from within. At that time when our breathing became subtle we start experiencing existence of two worlds together at atime, spirital world and materialistic world too, in this the same world. One is materialistic and another constant. You can call soul or energy or etheric world.
That means so ham is so strong mantra, which can take to realization of soul. That is the one of the supreme conscious where we experience individually existence of the material world and constant, atma world which is omnipresent.
Once you experience this split up world then another stages of experiencing nectar, knowledge etc. possible.
In this Yoga, you are taught how to have deep relaxation. It is the key, it is root of all meditation. Because human beings are so much tide up with their attachment, conditions, dependencies etc. They have forgotten how to relax deeply.
