Bending exercise
It looks very simple and easy but nobody has noticed the importance of this exercise. If you observe most of the people have back problem like backache, slip disc, no good blood circulation. Since they do not bend properly they are not able to concentrate also. When patient goes to doctor, then doctor teach him how to bend from buttock, keeping spinal chord straight. Therefore it is very essential to learn this bending exercise.
You need to bend from the buttock such a way that spinal chord will be in proper condition. But many people bend the spinal chord which is very harmful for the body. Because more bend can stretch the vertebra, may be resulted to slip disc. People are not able to bend straight because they have pain in the bending muscals. So with this exercise those proper bending muscles will be toned, massaged and will become strong and unknowingly naturally he will have proper bend which he is suppose to have have and trhere will many chances to get rid of back problems.
Even in Hath Yoga you will find main importance is given to the spinal chord for kundalini awaken, back massage, make spinal chord flexible, to have proper blood circulations in Back.
Once back is sound, the human being experienced freshness, energetic, stress & strain become less effective and so on. This is a natural exercise. Even yomeyoga's fighting & kicking exercise is very beneficial for back problem.

Yawning Exercise
This is a wonderful exercise. Have you ever asked yourself why, after a long period of concentration, we stretch ourselves and yawn? It is because during concentration pressure can come on a weak or vulnerable nerve; blood circulation becomes restricted at this point and pressure builds. This gives rise to a slight feeling of strain, or even pain.
By focusing we can learn to pinpoint the problem, strengthening these nerves by repeating the yawning exercise. There is no definite position, we simply stretch ourselves in a way that comes naturally to us and yawn.
This exercise is a great aid in increasing the depth and duration of our concentration, thus helping us on our journey towards experiencing samadhi, regarded as the essential goal of spirituality.
In the material world, a man's wealth is measured in money, property etc. In the spiritual world, the measure of wealth is the power of one's concentration.
