You come across the benefits of swimming, dancing, jogging, running etc. All the minor physical, psychological problems you overcome. Keeps you fresh, energetic throughout your whole life. Feel young and all the time in active mood.

Fighting Energy
1. Remove toxin impurities

This teaching is designed to help people physically and psychologically with the difficulties and challenges of day to day life and most importantly to live in the present. 1. Kicking and Fighting Exercise :
What is life? Life is struggle. As long as one is attached to this physical body, it is of great benefit to maintain fighting energy and kicking energy. These energies can make once's life peaceful from quiet, carefree, giving rise to self-sufficiency, aiding one to become one's own teacher and guide. Fear falls by the wayside.
Lacking these energies one may easily succumb to unwanted thought, positive and negative; one may indeed become a captive on these thoughts, controlled by them, giving rise to great problems, physical and psychological. One's growth may become stunted, one may loose the ability to think clearly and make decisions. It may even lead to total breakdown, but, even the physiologists and psychiatrists won't be able to help the patient lacking kicking and fighting energy.
Physical Benefits :
Toxins lodged in the joints of the limbs are removed. The limbs are rejuvenated with a fresh supply of oxygenated blood.
The arm exercise massages the back, vibrating, purifying, strengthening the nervous system, the shoulders are massaged relieving tension there. Sodalities trouble disappears, good circulation in the heart.
The kicking exercise work primarily on the area between the naval and the knee, toning the spongy discs between the vertebrae, strengthening the nerves, aiding digestion, gas trouble, constipation, also purifying the pelvic region (essential to the awakening of kundalini). These exercises massage the back in such a way that one will develop a tendency to keep the back straight, regarded essential to sadhana.
Students have benefited greatly from practicing these exercises finding relief to all sorts of problems, physical and psychological. By jerking the whole body and nervous system, the joints are purified and strengthened. The toxins which lodged there become dislodged and can be expelled from the body. Disease can be relieved in this way.
