This Yoga involves :
1. Through thorough vibration of the tissue and fluid throughout thebody lodged toxins are freed and metabolised.
2. Meditation on postureLeading to tranquility, focused concentration and deep meditation(Dhyana), reaching the deepest levels of mind. With breath control andpatience, close observation of body and mind takes places. In thismode with increased awareness, greater healing becomes possible.

6. PranayamaWith observation of breath and control of breath, the body may bepurified and calmness of mind is achieved.
7. MeditationThrough "Just Be" meditation, the chanting of mantra of creation "¬",walking meditation, observation of the presence of being takes place.Just Be is the key to enlightenment.
8. LecturesThrough talk, questions and answers, philosophical discussion, SwamiVishnudas probes with subtle intuition lifes questions, big & small.

3. With practice the body and mind can be maintained in soundcondition with strong
concentration and an awareness of higherconsciousness at all times.
4. This yoga only requires a few minutes of practice daily (about 20min.) and yet may be practiced throughout the day, in regular clothes,a set or two of movements at a time. Ideal for the student who doesn'tget a lot of time to exercise.
5. This may suit you if you have little interest in learning complex asanas.6. Please take note that heart patients are not allowed.
