1. Yome yoga says life is full of struggle, full of conflicts throughout life, no escape, each one has to face individually. And to fight out these, energy of fighting and kicking is very essential. Without these non can make his life successful. Why people are not becoming successful in life because they are lacking these energies and they are not able to reach to their target because they are not able to fight out their problems , for not having enough these energies. For to survive body one need to have good diet, like that only to survive mentally, these fighting and kicking energy diet is must. Please note that fighting and Kicking energy has got nothing to do with practical fighting, it is purely internally process only, to become fearless , independent internally.

2. WELCOME YOGA NEW TEACHING AND NEW UNDERSTANDING IN WORLD.
New art of living , essence of philosophy.Swami Vishnudas wants to teach new kind of yoga known as WELCOME YOGA to the world which has changed him completely His approach towards life, yoga, meditation changed completely.Student and listener feel it is as a miraculous gift , It is very interesting for them.

3. LAUGHING Best medicine.
Yomeyoga wants to teach people laughing meditation by which their hidden laughing identity will reappear . People will get drawn towards laughing subconsciously.
People are fully involved in problems and irritation because they are detached totally from Laughing vitamin, laughing energy which was with them at the time of taking birth,as birth gift.Lack of laugh does not allow them to handle the problems and irritation at ease.

4. Surya Namaskar as therapy
One must learn in short few kinds of particular moments of the body by which he must be able to cure himself as far as possible . Good yogis who lives in the forest always try and avoid to go to doctor, most of their physical problems they cure by themselves only. Yomeyoga teaches through only one surya namaskar, on therapy basis.

5 Suryanamaskar as Meditation and concentration:
Concentration and meditation is very essential for to get survival in this world. To live in the world one must have thourough knowledge ,
but how knowledge comes?, it comes by feeling, concentration and meditation. Yomeyoga teaches these by feeling , concentrating and meditating only on one posture

6 Suryanamaskar to awaken shakti,energy
All yogasana are not, only meant for physical. Hath yoga main target to teach people to raise their conscious level to that particular posture level (in short they call Kundalini Awaken}. Yomeyoga teaches this through one posture Surya namaskar only.

7. Bending and yawning exercise
Yomeyoga gives importance to bending exercise and yawning exercise which are very helpful in everyday life which are helpful in building self confidence, helping in spondalities, spinal chord problems, improving concentration ability keeps fresh throughout the day.

8 Shaking or thrilling exercise
Yome yoga teaches shaking or thrilling exercise by this technique blockages are removed, one way you can call it is, as exercise ,welcome to energy , which works on behalf of aque pressure, aque puncture and reflexology.

9 Dog breathing exercise(which I learn from dog)
Yomeyoa wants to make your breathing ability more and more strong by a particular Dog Breathing exercise by which breathing stamina become strong, good for breathing deceases, feel more and more energetic, fresh which is most essential for every day life . Once breathing become strong do not feel exhausted quickly.
