This is to bring to your notice that after involving 35 years in this spiritual world in Himalaya, I realised that to bring the people on the path of self control, peace, relaxation, self-realization, liberation etc. first duty to teach or draw their attention to their daily, very frequeunt movements and for these Yome yoga has taken the shelter of frequent movements like laughing, talking, writing, listening, bending, yawning, thinking, energy - fighting and kicking, 7 exercises from Surya Namaskar to control and to cure diseases, welcome yoga for psychological understanding and for meditation on the movement, Surya Namaskar, to strengthen breath dog breathing exercise, shock exercise, tongue exercise. For yoga to feel posture is also more important than to perform posture.
I am confident once their attention is drawn on frequent movements, they will start having energy from within, they will be in trans and fresh during alive period, which become great help to become successful in their aims of life, and also which satisfies the perfect aim of Yoga practice.
