UTPREKSHANA KRIYA YOGA............. Utprekshan is sanscrit word, meaning come as towards upword direction What is this kriya? This kriya means to strengthen the energy towards up ward direction. which is suppose to be the most essential energy in spiritual life and is very much help to become successful in every day life also. If one has to scrutinize life of people, he will always notice that they always complain that they are not able to fulfill their aims, their desires, their targets related although they have thorough enough knowledge of their particular subject. why this is so? This is because they do not have enough energy, towards upward direction i.e. called Utprekshn energy. Without this energy spiritual life and materialistic life are meaningless. In spiritual life this energy towards upword direction can also mean and related to many other things as mentioned below. it is very helpful in awakening kundalini shakti. Awakening Mooldhara chakra, taking prana upward to sahasradhara chakra. Mingle prana and apana vayu together. Effect of this Kriya goes up to astral and reason form of body.
