- We are pleased to introduce Swami Vishnudas to you, a yogi from the Himalayas who has practiced spiritual yoga sadhana for the last thirty five years and who has gained spiritual experiences and a great yoga vision. Swami Vishnudas's Teaching for the sake of society is to attain a physical and a psychological synthesis which abundantly benefits mankind, be it physically, psychologically or Spiritually. This Yoga sadhana can be very easily integrated into our daily lives as it requires only ten to fifteen minutes of practice to attain beneficial results quickly. We hope that every kind of person will adopt these yoga teachings which are taught in a perfect manner and every human being utilize the merits of yoga to make his or her life physically invigorating and psychologically sound. This yoga, a special and an exceptional yoga is very useful in curing and preventing many ailments. The result is that the body turns into a healthy body and the mind turns sound throughout the day.
