Dog Breathing Pranayam

I learnt this pranayama from dog that's why I named it as'dog breathing pranayama'. You will see, when dog is in relaxing mood, how is he breathing. Why is he breathing like that? He is breathing like that because he feels more and more relax, he experiences, internally some purification is taking place in within.
Then I found that this dog breathing can be very beneficial for human being but in this pranayama without opening mouth, start breathing like dog from nose. I experienced, we don't get tired or exhausted even if it is continued for long time , we feel relaxed and gradully our breathing become strong, breathing passage gets purified, breathing mussles become strong. This kind of breathing is known as Bhastrika Pranayam in HathaYoga.
With this type of pranayama ability of lungs for contraction and expansion become strong. Taxins in the lungs are removed and that is why more oxygen is supplied to the body.
If you see asthama. Asthama means lungs become stiff because of cough formation. They are not able to contract or expand easily.
So with this exercise all toxins, barricades for easy breathing will be removed. All passages for inhaling, exhaling become warm and toxin remove and muscle relates to inhale and exhale become strong.
This can be done with listening music also. By this pranayam mind become subtle, enable us to enter into spiritual world easily. I remember, Lord Dattatreya had totally twenty eight Gurus, one of them was dong also.
